Medical CSR / Customer Care Representative

Hybrid & Remote positions available
Schedule: Full-Time / Monday through Friday
Location: Sacramento, California
Pay: $20/hr

Main Duties:
Performs various call center activities to provide client's medi-care advantage member support. receives inbound/outbound phone calls and accurately documents all information pertaining to patient's accounts
Answering a high-volume of inbound phone calls in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Requirements:
A High School Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree
A minimum of 1-2+ years of call center / Customer Service Representative experience within the healthcare or medical industry
Must provide own laptop or desktop, mouse, keyboard, and headset ~ with an additional monitor. Will be working from two screens.
6 months CSR minimum plus medical or insurance preferred
Must be able to pass a background.
Bi-lingual in Spanish & English preferred
Remote or hybrid (hybrid if within 30 miles of Elk Grove, 2 days in office)
Excellent attendance a must! Be engaged, show up ready to work, and be reliable.
